    Service was very slow. A simple order to complete. The manager kept rubbing her hands on the lids of fountain drinks in drive tru. The order was a cheeseburger, small fries, large drink, and Carmel Sundae. The fries taste like cold shoe leather. A new store should be be staffed and products sold on the menu should meet company standards.

    I go here simply because it is closest for me. The service is horrible and untimely. My orders have never been correct either. Find a different location if able.

    No one wanted to wait on anybody. Just lots of chattering and complaining among workers. Only 1 person at the counter, and not very fast with taking orders. The inside has been nicely remodeled and kiosk installed for placing YOUR OWN ORDER😱. Everyone isn't comfortable with modern technology and/or doesn't use credit cards for payment. The older customers complained and looked very lost when it was recommended they place their order using the kiosk. But...THEY WILL SOON WORK THEMSELVES OUT OF A JOB ! The line for drive thru was extra long🤔 The floor was VERY VERY VERY SLIPPERY from the humidity and customers were slipping and sliding all over the place because of the type of tile on the floor. Not sure I'll go back to that location.

    Just came from there and the food is Horrible. Ice cream and milkshake didn't taste like it was suppose too. And My burger smelled and tasted horrible Fries tasted like they've been warmed up. Ordered a 6 piece nugget ND only got a 2 piece . NEVER AGAIN‼️

    The staff, were friendly but I dont no if a new policy there trying out. When you walk in to use the tablets the staff asks what you want and they start order for you. I DO NOT, like that and it's like they are pushy about it and dont give you a choice weather you want help. The employee didn't give me any space to let me.dk my card payment she watched me do it not very happy.
